MayStreet was founded in 2012 by two market data practitioners — Patrick Flannery and Michael Lehr — who saw an opportunity to move the industry beyond legacy technologies, support structures, and business models. Only 10 years later, they were acquired by the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG). 

Exits are always a dream goal and we’re proud of our partners who achieve it — but it takes a journey to get there. We were there since the beginning helping MayStreet establish a strong story, a sustainable brand and a substantial online presence to reinforce the quality of their data and products.
